Episode 126: Thinking Through a Big Work Piece–The Bull
Dynamic warm up
1/2 mile easy spin
15-20 minutes Drill Work
Single/Isolated Leg Drill on Stationary Trainer
Follow drill sets with 3 sprints < 50m 80%. 90%, 100%
Recover completely and begin workout.
4X :60 on, :30 off

15 minute cool down.
