Runners rarely if ever do much to physically prepare themselves for their daily runs other than lace up, drink some water, and head out the door. Here, we discuss a quick but incredibly effective way to dynamically warm up the hips, knees, and ankles, address our single leg balance, and improve our flexibility where we need it most: the hips and hamstrings. So Wake up, warmup, and get off to the races!
