Follow with 3 sprints <100m 80%, 90%, and 100%
Recover completely and begin workout.

Work:Rest 1:1 Recover the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. EX.1/2M bike recover exact time it takes to complete 1/2M. Then 1M Bike, recover exact time to complete 1M, 2M Bike, recover exact time to complete 2 M bike. 1/2M, etc.
No extra rest between rounds.
10-15 minute cool down.
